My sessions are 75 minutes. I tailor my sessons to your needs. Some clients prefer Craniosacral Therapy and some prefer Deep Tissue or a combination.

To save time please come with your intake form printed and signed. You will receive a link to the intake form in your confirmation email. If you would prefer to take time to fill it out in my studio, I will provide you with one.

Please wear comething loose and comfortable like sweat pants. Craniosacral Therapy is tradiontally done with clothing on, so please wear something comfortable if we decide that is the best choice for your session. Please do not wear perfumes as some of my clients are sensitive to scents.

Cancelation Policy
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. I understand life can throw us curve balls and I do my best to accommodate special circumstances. I respect my clients time and ask that you also respect my time :)
